Richard Eichmüller e.K. has been producing wristwatches, accessories for jewellers and watchmakers as well as jewellery since 1950. The company headquarters in Munich is home to the administration, customer service, warehousing and workshop.

The online retailer has set itself the goal of offering its customers high-quality products at fair prices.

The challenge

The challenge was to migrate Shopware from version 5 to 6 and implement a customised design. The requirement to serve both B2B and B2C customers was particularly demanding, with each B2B customer being offered individual prices.

Solution


To overcome these challenges, we developed a customised price matrix that made it possible to assign personalised prices from the merchandise management system to each B2B customer. In addition, we integrated the B2B Sellers Suite plugin to optimally fulfil the requirements of the B2B business. Through these solutions, we were able to successfully launch the shop and ensure that both B2B and B2C customers can enjoy an optimal shopping experience.

We continue to use our expertise after implementation to support and improve the shop on an ongoing basis to ensure it always meets the growing needs and requirements of the business.
